A teaching portfolio has a different job than a design portfolio: it has to read as trustworthy before it reads as personal.

So the layout leads with credentials — degree, license, hands-on practicum experience, references from the people who supervised it — and only opens up into a warmer photo gallery once that case has already been made.

Order

Credentials first, personality after.

Degree, licensure and classroom experience sit above the fold in plain, scannable cards. A parent or an administrator skimming the page gets the qualifying information immediately, before any softer content asks for their attention.

Trust

References given as names, not testimonials.

Rather than pull quotes, the site lists the actual mentors and supervisors who can vouch for the work, with their own roles attached. It reads as verifiable rather than promotional, which matters more here than in most portfolios.
